Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" means any visitor who uses the Service.
"Content" means text, images, materials, and other items provided through the Service.
Other terms follow applicable laws and general practice.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment)
The Company posts these Terms through the Service.
The Terms may be amended due to changes in law or service policy, with notice seven days before they take effect.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide stable services.
All or part of the Service may be changed or suspended due to operational or technical needs.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and notices.
- Users must not infringe the rights of others.
- Users must not interfere with normal service operation.
Article 6 (Paid Services)
- Prices and scope follow the conditions displayed for each service.
- Cancellation or refund may be restricted after delivery of an immediately executed customized electronic service begins.
- Detailed use and download conditions are provided before payment.
Article 7 (Document Generation)
- Document generation is an optional function that creates documents from verification results and fixed templates.
- Generated documents are not legal documents or legal advice, and the Company is not responsible for their legal effect or content.
- Users must decide whether to review, modify, and submit them.
Article 8 (Privacy)
Personal information is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright in Service content belongs to the Company or lawful rights holders. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for interruption caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to the Company.
The Company is not liable for damages attributable to the user.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes may be filed in the competent court.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms take effect on April 15, 2026.
